Order Cut-Off Times

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day, up to 2 pm. 

All of our coffee is roasted by hand in small batches, so although we always do our best to dispatch same day for orders placed up to 2pm, on busier days, the same day order cut off can be much earlier.

This is common on Mondays due to the weekend orders. We prioritise processing the weekend orders first before we start on the Monday orders.

Royal Mail tracked 24 delivery is free on coffee orders of £10 or more. This is a tracked delivery service with a next working day delivery aim (not a guarantee). 

For orders under £10, the delivery cost is £3.25. 

Please note: Free delivery is based on the value of coffee only. Gift cards don’t count towards the free delivery threshold.

Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is currently suspended due to issues with the customs charge on all items under €150, on goods being sent to Ireland from outside of the EU.

There also appears to be an error which is causing all of our customers to be charged this €3 again at customs, plus a €6.95 admin fee by An Post.

Until this issue is resolved, there will be no deliveries available to the Republic of Ireland.

Weekends

We only dispatch orders on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Mondays

Orders dispatched on Mondays often take longer to be delivered than those dispatched on other days of the week. Royal Mail (and most other couriers) often have bottlenecks on Mondays due to the number of packages they need to process from weekend orders. 

Roast Dates

We usually roast on the day of dispatch. Please note that we recommend leaving your beans to rest for at least 7 days from the roast date for the best results. 

If you're close to running out of beans & you need to crack open your new beans sooner, that's fine, but it's worth noting that the best results will generally come 7 days or more from roast date.
