We will accept returns of unopened bags of coffee beans and refund in full (excluding any delivery costs if applicable), for any reason, provided that we are notified via email within 14 days of receipt of goods, and that we receive proof of postage. 

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the coffee, unless agreed otherwise, and that we do not issue return labels.

We will not issue refunds for bags of coffee beans which have been opened, unless agreed otherwise. 

Refunds due to Non-delivery.

When an order cannot be delivered, a refund will be issued as soon as we are notified by Royal Mail that the status has changed to "return to sender" (in this case, this acts as proof of postage).
