Please note: We've temporarily changed the beans used for Millionaires Shortbread to an Organic & Fair Trade bean from Colombia, while the Honduran beans are out of stock.

This bean produces an almost identical cup profile, you probably won't notice any difference. The Honduran beans are expected to be available again some time in March.

Honduras Millionaires Shortbread - Buttery shortbread, with strong caramel notes, also notes of syrup & chocolate

Sumatra Chocolate Mandheling - A classic sumatran mandheling coffee. dark chocolate, along with the deep and rich complexity you would expect in a sumatra manhandling, and a thick, creamy body

Ethiopia Melon & Toffee - A smooth bodied coffee with notes of melon and toffee, and subtle spicy notes.

Fruitcake Blend - Nutty, spicy & fruity, reminiscent of christmas cake, easy to dial in for espresso

Ethical Origins

DARK CHOCOLATE SUMATRA MANDHELING
A characteristically punchy Sumatra Mandheling produced by the Permata Gayo cooperative in the Gayo Highlands region of central Aceh in Sumatra, consisting of around two thousand smallholders.

MELON & TOFFEE ETHIOPIA
This coffee is grown in the Lekempte region, to the West of Ethiopia, by the Bulechala co-operative, a co-op of over two thousand smallholders covering an area of approx. 1,600 hectares (around 4,000 acres) of classic Ethiopian Heirloom varietals.

FRUITCAKE BLEND: SUMATRA, HONDURAS & ETHIOPIA + INDIA
A blend of three Arabicas + Indian cherry Robusta to amplify the intensity.

MILLIONAIRES SHORTBREAD COLOMBIA
An Excelso bean grown in the regions of Antioquia, Nariño and Cauca, all along the western side of Colombia.

Initial review of ethical organic collection

I have waited 2 weeks after the order arrived and only tried fruitcake yesterday, it was worth waiting for ! Sometimes we have too many choices but I like this first one, I have 3 more to try on a new machine at the same time its a a Sage Barista Touch with manual tamp so at present its 10/10
