This is a bold & indulgent blend. It's what I'd describe as one of the "Crowd Pleasers", it's full of enjoyable flavour notes including milk & dark chocolate, praline & malty notes, but it has a big chunky mouthfeel similar to Millionaire's Shortbread Honduras.

As you'll know if you're already a cworks customer, we NEVER flavour our coffees, they're all 100% coffee beans with nothing added. 

I name the coffees after the main universally recognisable treat I'm reminded of when I taste it, which was quite difficult with this one, as there were so many!

When drinking as an espresso or Americano, I was thinking mainly of Bourbon biscuits and chocolate chip cookies. When cutting through milk (which this blend does very well), it produces a sweeter note, which reminded me of chocolate Viennese whirls. 

I picked up every biscuit stocked by the local very well-known supermarket (I know, this is a tough gig, but someone has to do it!) and tasted them while drinking this coffee. In the end, although as a flat white, to me it tastes just like chocolate Viennese whirls (especially with Oat milk), and I was picking up various other biscuit notes from sip to sip, Bourbon biscuit was the most obvious flavour note, particularly as Americano.

Even if bourbon biscuits aren't your No. 1 favourite biscuit, I'd recommend giving these a whirl (see what I did there?), you might just find this is your new fave!

If you don't quite get the expected flavour notes, see the brew guides, and make sure you're letting your coffee cool slightly. Many people don't realise that taste buds don't work all that well at higher temperatures.
